Products must be in their original, unused condition.

Custom-made or personalized 3D printed items are non-returnable.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your refund.

Funds will be returned to your original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear.

We will arrange the return and send you a confirmation with the details.
